Charity and Advice needed

My name is Frank i need financial help willing to work for funds when i have time on top work and school that the state of california requires.  I am 32 years of age.  I have just recently been able to join the work force. Meaning that i have been mentally and physically unable to do so since i was 18 years old.  I  have several medical issues.  I am determaned to support myself.  seem to be falling into a money pit of 25,000 dollars. This dept is mostly due to vehicles that have broken dowm on me.  Also due to some medical bills.  My doctors feel that i should do things to relieve some of my stress to increase mental stability.  I have rhumatoid arthritis and liver problems that has also hinderd working at the job that i enjoy.  I like working allot and have an inventive way of thinking .  I am not really looking for hand outs but it wouldn't hurt.    
    My goal in life is to find a wife and have a family and be able to help others in need.  Right now i cannot do this.  In the future i think i will be able to help others whith the ideas that i have. especially the homeless, and those with poor self asteem.
    Right now i need help to get out of dept and to become finacially stable so that i can save to buy a house.  in california money is the big issue.  the cost of buying tools for work and servicing a vehicle,medical bills, food insurance the low pay of an electrician that doesn't belong to a union.
